Our registered professionals can provide prescriptions for services if medical treatment is necessary. But they may also refer you to see your regular GP for certain medications  to ensure continuity of care

Yes, this is the only way to get the fluid into your veins. We can provide topical creams to reduce the sensation, but this will increase the length of your appointment and will include another charge. Please contact us prior to booking

This is a dangerous and outdated practice. It causes more damage to your ears. We use the Gold standard of suction where we can visualise exactly what we are doing to ensure your safety. Water in ears increases the potential infection. 

We are a small service currently employing Emergency Nurse Practitioners and Critical Care Registered Nurses. They hold a minimum of a Post Grad Certificate in emergency care and all Nurse Practitioners hold a masters qualification. They are experienced in life saving care with up to date emergency and basic life support skills and can support you throughout your encounter with us.
